Your child's CRN (if wanting to claim CCS).

A copy of your child's Medical Management Plan(s) (if applicable).

A copy of your child's Specialist Report(s) (if applicable).

A copy of any court order documents or requirements the centre needs to be aware of.

A copy of Primary Parents Photo ID.

Primary Parent's CRN (if wanting to claim CCS).

A copy of Parent/Guardian 2's Photo ID.

Am I eligible for claiming a Child Care Subsidy?
Outside school hours care attracts Child Care Subsidy for parents / guardians who have an active Child Care Subsidy Claim. This means you can get up to 90% of your sessional fees covered by Services Australia (Centrelink). The Child Care Subsidy rates increased on 10 July 2023. A subsidy is available for households with a combined income of up to $530,000. Claims are made through the my.Gov portal, for more information visit Services Australia.
Additional Child Care Subsidy may also be available depending on your situation including if you are a grandparent with custody of your grandchild, transitioning to work or if you are experiencing temporary financial hardship.
I am wanting to claim a Child Care Subsidy but don't have a CRN yet?
You can still enrol at Kelly Club if you haven't claimed for a Child Care Subsidy or have a CRN. On the enrolment form, you will be asked if you are planning to claim a Child Care Subsidy. If you select "Yes" or "Unsure" you will be sent a CCS enrolment by the Program Coordinator. This CCS enrolment requires you to confirm your Kelly Club enrolment via Xplor and myGov. Your Program Coordinator will take you through this process.
